This policy explains what information themecycle.com (“ThemeCycle”, “we”) collects when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it. It’s short because we collect very little.

ThemeCycle is operated by PPC Optimizer Pro LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. PPC Optimizer Pro LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at the email address on our contact page.
What we collect
Server logs
Like almost every website, our web server automatically records basic details of each request: your IP address, your browser and device type (the user agent), the page you asked for, the page that linked to it, and the date and time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, for example to block abusive traffic and fix errors. They are rotated weekly and deleted automatically after about five weeks.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply, and keep it only as long as the conversation needs.
What we don’t collect
- We have no user accounts, comments or newsletter.
- We don’t run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.
- We don’t set cookies for visitors. WordPress sets cookies only when a site administrator logs in.
- Our fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page doesn’t send your data to a font service, and we don’t embed videos or social media widgets.
Affiliate links
Some guides contain affiliate links. When you click one and visit a vendor’s site, that vendor or its affiliate network may set cookies to record that you came from ThemeCycle. Their privacy policies apply to anything you do on their sites.
Why we use this information
We process server logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available, and we process emails so that we can reply to you.
Sharing
We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information. The site runs on a server we manage at a cloud hosting provider, which stores the data described above on our behalf. We’d disclose information to anyone else only if the law required it.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, and access to the server is restricted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK or the CCPA in California, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, use the email address on our contact page. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Children
ThemeCycle is written for adults who build websites and isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
